We are a self-catering holiday park set with 35 acres of woodland park the park in mainly flat with slight slopes in places, the roads are tarmaced and the paths are hard standing.
Arrival & Car Park
Reception is located in the main Reflection Leisure Club, it has a large tarmac car park, on a slight slope, access to reception is direct from the car park, along a slightly up hill slopping paved path. The reception has a double door entrance, and inside there is plenty of room for manoeuvring a wheelchair.
Reception will accept delivery of oxygen, medical supplies or wheelchairs from the red cross, before your arrival so any item’s required are ready for your holiday.
Situated along side reception is the swimming pool, treatment room, games room, these facilities are all situated on the ground floor and are accessible by a wheelchair.
The swimming pool has some family sized changing cubical, there are 4 underwater steps into the swimming pool, and we cannot supply a hoist to enter the pool.
On ground level we also have a disabled toilet.
Situated on the 1st floor is the Reflection bar and grill, here they serve drinks, food & takeaways and hold the evening entertainment. There is a disabled toilet situated on this level. This 1st floor level can be accessed from the main car park; this entrance is level with the ground, with double door to the bar. The dinning area has split-levels; these are access by steps or ramps over the steps.
The shop is situated along a paved path from the main reception the shop is ground floor level.
The crazy golf course is situated at the bottom of four steps and would be difficult to access for a wheelchair user.
The 9-hole pitch and putt course is a sloping course; any sports equipment can be hired from reception.
The tennis courts are situated by the Leisure facilities on a level path to the courts the courts have double gates to access the facilities, any sports equipment can be hired from reception.
The fishing lakes are situated at the bottom on the 9-hole golf course, so access is across the grass there are no designated wheelchair user pegs.
Laundrette is situated at the back of the Manor House and has one large threshold step up into the room, which has 4 washing machines and 4 driers.
We have various accommodation none of which has been special designed for wheelchair users.
We do have two park villas that have down stairs wet rooms, and parking outside the villa and aslope leading to the front double doors. These villas do not have any handrails etc, there is one bedroom downstairs with 2 standard single beds, and there is limited space between the beds, not enough room to turn a wheelchair.
The caravans all have steps up to the front door.
The Park Bungalows are all on ground level, but are a smaller accommodation with no turning room in the bathroom or bedrooms.
The Park Lodges are the largest accommodation we can offer with two down stairs bedrooms and a shower room, again they do not offer a full turning circle for a wheelchair user.
Mobile phone coverage is average on the park.
Limited local transport is situated in the village of St Tudy, which is 2 miles away.

Reception opening times: Winter 9.00am – 7.00pm. Summer 8.30am – 7.30pm. The bar is open until late where staff are able to help with an emergency, that may arise.
